Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Goan Spoon, meals are prepared fresh in small batches. Due to the nature of food preparation, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel a regular order within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once food preparation has started, cancellation will not be possible.

For Daily Meal Pass / Subscription Orders, the following cancellation rules apply:

Requests received after the above cut-off times may not be accepted as meal preparation and planning would already be in process.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Daily Meal Subscription Policy

The Goan Spoon offers weekly and monthly meal subscription plans for regular home-style meals.

4. Subscription Expiry Notification

Customers will receive a reminder notification through WhatsApp approximately 2 days before the subscription expiry date to help them utilize remaining meals before expiry.

If there is any issue with food quality, customers must report it within 2 hours of delivery with order details. We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.
